The first reading assignment for the NT book club is the book of Matthew. Throughout the month we will post questions for you comment on, so check back often and be sure to share your thoughts.

Are you ready??????
I know everyone (myself included) is really busy, so I kept putting off getting this thing started. But now I am ready to go for it. I am planning on reading through the New Testament so I thought it might be fun to have a virtual Bible Book Club for others who might want to do the same. For now we will just keep it informal... join in the readings, post some thoughts, add some comments and enjoy! We'll start in April and spread the New Testament readings over eight months, so we will finish at the end of November.

About Bible Book Club
Thanks for checking out our blog! We have decided to start a book club reading the New Testament over the course of eight months. We will begin in April 2008 and go through the end of November. We'll use this site to keep in touch and post ongoing comments.
All of the monthly readings are included in the sidebar of this site. We will also keep links to some of our favorite sites, as well as links to bible commentaries there for your reference.
About once a week we will post a new question related to the readings. We would love to get your comments throughout the month.
If there is a group interested in meeting, we will schedule time to get together for dinner and to discuss the readings. We can rotate locations and will keep you informed of the dates and locations through this site.
